Chat Script Development Project

We are building a chat program and are looking for a programmer that can help us integrate our PHP/MySQL product (with a Flash MX client end).

This program needs to retrieve information from our MySQL database (xml/text delimetered) and also allow the ability to Intiate a Live Chat with the user on the MX Front End.

We have a Flash Guru at our disposal and just need help with the integration. We have no set language but we would prefer this done in Vbasic or C++. Note: We want rights to all source code for future enhancements. We hold all our meetings via MSN and would prefer if the person of interest uses MSN on a regular (daily) basis.
